We are looking for an individual who can help Globatech with implementation and support of Globatech’s software products and consulting assignments across India and Middle East. The objective of this role is to ensure productivity, efficiency of operations and providing direction on how best to handle different tasks while maintaining customer satisfaction. He/she will be assisting the management team to execute the strategies that will help generate revenue and profitability. Globatech’s Energy and Utilities Division is a young, growing business and we are especially interested in individuals who wish to play an active role in the development of the business.

Key responsibilities
• Constantly looking to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalate when needed.
• Management and Tracking of all the projects being delivered within the energy and utilities division.
• Maintaining healthy and delivery specific relationship with Globatech’s clients in order to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Provide visibility on delivery progress to team and management, proactively and effectively.
• Come across as a student of the Energy and Utilities domain and a champion of the product capabilities.
• Identify opportunities where a project deliverable can be used to drive business value
• Optimize budget utilization for the project.
• Supporting multiple project deliveries serving as Scrum Master.
• Work with other managers to create long-term company strategy.

Must Haves
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• At least 5 years of experience in Energy and Utilities domain, especially on any one of the following:
o energy/water billing and settlement processes.
o Modelling solutions for conventional and renewable plants.
o Asset Management and Work Management tools for utilities.
o Power plant operations and maintenance.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Software/SQL developer
• Complete understanding of SDLC
• At least 2 years of experience in managing teams and project management
• RDBMS skills – preferably on SQL Server
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
